Arrived on time and packed well. I haven't installed it yet, but it looks beautiful. Update: It is now installed and it's really a piece of work. I never thought I needed a manual to use a toilet, but this one I did. A quick 10 minute read and it was simple, but I did need to set temp/water pressure. Now that I've used it a bit I do consider it to be quite a luxury. The lights are a bit more than I would like, but there is a feature to turn them off completely. I wish I could dim them for just a little lite....and maybe I can but haven't figure it out yet. Overall it's an item that's a real upgrade from the "normal"

4 stars because we had to hire a plumber to have it flush consistently but it works! The space toilet is good and the customer service was very helpful :) Would recommend professional installation. Edit: I also want to add that the toilet does make a lot of beeping sounds. It basically beeps before every action. There is no way to turn this off, mute or lower the volume. Since this is attached to the master bedroom it has woken me up at night. I've read this is a safety feature. I was given this suggestion from support: “However, if you find the beeping a bit loud at night, one simple solution is to put a felt circle over the buzzer. This can help muffle the sound while still allowing the notification to be heard if necessary.” Gotta figure out where the beep comes from
