Pre assembled, just add the feet. The sink is firmly attached. The finish is good and it is nice cabinet for the price. It has a small paint clip which showed the white primer, a black sharpie took care of that. Be aware that the sink drain is 1 12 inches, most American use 1 14.

This was a very nice quality vanity for our small bathroom. The legs were the only thing that needed assembly. I was unsure of the color but it works well in our bathroom. Even my contractor liked it.

Cute little sink cabinet. I installed this for a friend And I like that it fit into their small space.

Very well packaged, great piece. Fits perfectly in a narrow bathroom, good storage and good-sized sink. Second purchase of this same item, and have been very pleased.
