Terrible customer service and took multiple phone calls and over a month to be refunded. The vanity comes assembled, and the sink top arrives in a separate box. Unfortunately, the wood is low quality particle board and it arrived misaligned and chipped. I bought two vanities. One had an entire side screwed in crooked and the other had the cabinet screwed in so crooked that the cabinet door closes on the bottom, but not on the top. Since the company sold it assembled, I do not see how either one passed QA inspections. Horrible!

Super nice looking vanity, really elevates the room. It is great for a guest bathroom but just being completely honest doesnt seem like a high enough quality materials for daily use
