While I love the paper holder itself, it was clearly a returned product. It came in a damaged box without the mounting bracket and hardware. Waiting to either get replacement parts or a full paper holder replacement.

The bronze finish gives it a clean appearance and works well with modern bathroom fixtures. It feels sturdy and well made, and the stainless steel construction is a nice upgrade from cheaper plastic holders. I also like the open-ended design because changing the toilet paper roll is quick and easy. Once mounted, it feels secure and doesn’t take up much space. Overall, it’s a simple bathroom accessory, but it looks good, works exactly as expected, and feels like it should hold up well over time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like many of you, this will be a replacement rather than a new toilet paper holder. So, please don't judge the unsightly spackle-filled holes behind my shiny new toilet paper holder. This Everstein model is very nice to look at and feels quite sturdy with its minimalistic fastening. However, I am pretty annoyed by how very wrong the instructions were (or for providing the incorrect installation kit. The guide mentions two wall plugs and 2 screws, but instead I have 4 screws, two of which (along with the nuts and washers) don't appear to have any possible use at all. Only one of the Allen keys actually fits the screws and I had to go to my existing set of keys to find one to free the mounting plate from inside the holder. That said, once I realized I only needed 4 pieces, 2 keys, and a drill with a 3/16 bit (at least, that's the one I successfully used), it worked pretty easily.

The installation instructions is very easy and it is very stable and holds very well well. It is easy to add the toilet paper. The stainless steel is very good quality and it is waterproof and it adds a luxurious look to the bathroom. I recommend it.
