Pros: Packing impeccable. Ordered two sets. Cons: HUGE design flaw. Top shelf does not sit level so anything positioned on shelf would "fall back" towards wall. Both sets were like this. Contacted Wayfair; referred to manufacturer..had MULTIPLE EMAILS back and forth with Wayfair and manufacturer... submitted pictures/videos which finally resulted in refund but the return hassle of a product that was obviously defective (X 2!) makes me hesitant to order from Wayfair again. The 3rd photo shows how unlevel shelf is via a level.

Very easy to install it feels incredibly sturdy and we’re enjoying the sleek look. Our entire bathroom is chrome and this chrome rack finished out the look for us.

Great looking! Nice width—easily holds two towels hanging from the bar. Love the hooks—keeps the shower organized and free of clutter!

Great purchase. Looks beautiful and quality is really nice. Purchased for laundry room. The hooks and towel bar I am using for hanging clothes to dry.
