It’s a beautiful faucet. Unfortunately it came dented and I am unable to find a way to contact Wayfair via the app. I was hoping for an exchange. It’s an expensive item to come damaged with no way to recover the cost or exchange. Disappointed

So excited about this purchase! Our contractor told us we picked an excellent freestanding tub faucet. He said many freestanding faucets will jiggle when being used, but we won’t have to worry about this one. He said it is strong, well made, and has the appropriate brackets to keep it sturdy. It looks great and for the price we got it on sale, it couldn’t be beat!! We can’t wait until our bathroom is finished so we can use it.

As a contractor I’ve installed many of these types of floor standing tub faucets. As a general rule of thumb, I never even look at any that are priced less than $1000, as this seems to be the point at which quality, design & durability meet one’s expectations. This faucet however, is priced considerably lower yet still manages to impress with its build quality, design, operation & finish. The manufacturer also offers a wide range of other bathroom fixtures that have the same finish, which is critical when remodeling a space.

Looks and feels very solid. Will look very classy in our remodeled bathroom when installed.
