This faucet is solid and really impressive. I it made my water pressure better and stronger. I love the button you can press on the side that changes the stream and the whole thing feels sturdy and works really well.

My excitement about getting this faucet installed unfortunately disappeared when after installation it leaked from a place inside the faucet itself, rendering it unusable. The finish is very nice. It has a nice understated look. The swivel spout was a real plus for me along with the pull down sprayer. But the leak inside the faucet was not reachable. The connections to the water line were fine and the faucet operated well, but you can't leave a faucet leaking like this. Unfortunately had to be replaced with another purchased faucet.

I really needed a pull-down faucet for my pantry sink. This one is almost identical to my more expensive Brizo kitchen faucet; however, the pressure on this one is way better than my Brizo. My plumber had a little bit of trouble tightening the neck part that goes into the base, but I emailed customer service, and they were so kind to send back a video on how to get it tight. This is a really beautiful faucet for the price!
