We were not expecting the caliber of packaging and care in ensuring the faucet arrived in pristine shape. The design is sleek and the quality of materials is readily apparent. Everything arrived without damage. The manufacturer included gloves so installation can be done without smudging the finish. The directions are straightforward and easy to follow. We highly recommend this faucet.

This is a quality faucet. Purchased to replace like for like in spare bathroom. You can see the installed look on the Wayfair site, but the packaging, care to detail, and quality of faucet is exceptional. I will install this weekend. You can see everything needed is included, including braided steel input lines.

Like the overall design except faucet does not extend enough into the sink and the faucet does not cut off completely and drains back down the faucet and onto the counter top!!

I ordered the new faucets for our home that has been refurbished. LOVE the faucets! Weight is good, look is good, but they don’t turn off properly

the faucet is defective, but the customer service was efficient in responding, we are waiting for a replacement, hoping this will fix the issue. the faucet dripples all over the vanity after closing off the water source.
