The quality is even better than expected! It arrived exceptionally well-packaged, and installation was straightforward. It looks absolutely stunning, and the performance is fantastic.

Beautiful, sturdy, quality product received, which matches perfectly with other items ordered (shower drain, faucet & pull bars). Problematic billing error occurred (for recurrent billing of $508.25, initially billed 4/20/26 then again scheduled for 6/05/26). So be sure to monitor for billing errors.

We haven't installed yet to see if it works, but the actual product is very sturdy and solid. I would highly recommend it. The color of the brushed nickel is perfect.
