Toilette et bidet Smart Wall SCT04-SWT1W-12PC

Arrived in two large boxes. One for the in wall tank and one for the bowl itself. Plumbing install was about 2x what i was seeing posted on websites for in wall tank installs so be prepared. And it obviously requires electrical and wall repair behind the bowl as well. Plumber ran into studs being 12” apart in my 1940s home so it required reframing as well. I’d recommend checking that first if you have an older home. Bathroom is still in process of getting wainscoting but overall, this toilet is awesome and worth the cost. Bidet function works super well. Heated water and seat are great. Only minor critique is the bowl flushes so hard it does sometimes have a droplet or two splash out.

Looks nice, but we had a problem of toilet water overflowing. Wayfair sent us a replacement for the broken seat cover, but it would also overflow. I had to call the company directly to solve the problem. They failed to include one plastic piece to prevent the overflow. My contractor was nice enough to take down the toilet again to place the missing part. It hasn’t overflowed so far, but I’m afraid to flush it each time.

Received in record time - very quick delivery. It came packaged in two separate containers and both were packaged securely. The items are all in new condition and look exactly as expected from the product page. From looking at the instructions, it's not something a normal layperson will probably be able to install. Our plumber is a ways out so we will have to wait to see how it works, but I'll update the review in the event there are any issues. So for now, it all looks great.
