I am excited to have found this! I use a metal rod for my slider now. This is a great solution and a cleaner look. It looks secure and installation is only 2 screws that do need a drill . I will install it at my cottage next month!

I was looking for a lock for our sliding glass doors that are being installed. I found this one and its exactly what I was looking for. I like the slide effect easy to manipulate. It comes with installment directions and screws.

I gave it only three stars not because it wasn’t any good but because I needed it for the patio door and it didn’t work. I will probably ask around and see if somebody else needs it for their patio door

This is a great idea if youre concerned about safety. The door lock can be used on sliding doors or windows. The lock is small, universal to sliding doors, and easy to use. There is some drilling into the door to install it, and you must be careful not to damage glass.

I use this lock in my living room window where my dogs are always just on the ledge….I feel secure they can’t push the window open more than I want it to…they have had a visitor, a crow, and he was very interested coming into the home…so, this lock insures me from the dogs going out and the crow coming in
