The faucet is well made. The faucet head is stainless, not plastic, which I love. Having the lower faucet allows me to adjust the flow & I have no splashing on the counter as I did with my old faucet that only had the pull down hose. I love the design & operation of this faucet.

Best faucet ever. Unlike the faucets by the leading names in the industry this faucet is made of real metal not cheap plastic. I used to think that my house had low water pressure but with this faucet I have full water pressure and it is wonderful. I looked at several big box and even high end plumbing supply stores before buying this faucet and I would put it up against the faucets costing ten times as much and it would come out on top. Great product, Fantastic price.

This pull down faucet is so handy. We cook and eat at home 99 of the time and this makes clean up easy. The separate spout is nice for washing hands without the pull down part.
