Too bad a 0 is not available for both the product and Customer Service. Pricey faucet came in an unmarked brown box without assembly instructions. Assembly instructions unavailable on Wayfair site, vendor unavailable for technical question, customer service anything but. Bottomline, plumber not able to complete install. My experience with Wayfair the last few years has continued to slip to the point where the hassle today outweighs the convenience. This return is my final transaction. Last
