Porte-serviettes mural double 24,25 po Jamestown 9045SN

The product itself seems fine but we haven’t installed it yet. Our issue is with the accuracy of our order. We received 3 of these when we only ordered one. Something similar happened with another item. We received an entirely different item. Something is going on at their warehouse if they make this many mistakes on one order. Their customer service doesn’t know how to handle this. I just want to find a way to return these items without being charged shipping and can’t get clear instructions on how to do this

It is everything I wanted on a towel rack. The towels look like they have enough space apart to dry. The swoosh of the brace is very elegant.
