Very difficult to zip. Very tight . It took 15 minutes just to zip lass them half way and zipper kept sticking . Now it is broken . I have two of them. I need to return .

I can’t give any stars because the charcoal inserts need to be put inside zippered outer cover and they are too big- cannot close zipper. I’ve ordered from Wayfair over the years and was always happy until now. Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend.

Filters won't fit into sleeve. Zipper broke in under a minute while trying to fit filters into sleeve. Poor construction and design

Love the concept of this, but the casing was already unraveling out of the package. In just trying to unzip the zipper to start loading the charcoal bags, the unraveling threads kept getting all tangled in the zipper. Also, the dims say 36" - it's not, it's 35" (unless you're counting the woven strap at the end?) but if your door is 36" like mine, you're going to have a gap. And, like other people mentioned, it makes no sense that the casing is too small for the charcoal bags -- why??? I was only able to fit two bags, so there's more gaps around my door. It's a great concept, but the casing needs to be larger and better made. No idea how it will survive a wash when it's already unraveling.
