[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cannot use in condo, since you need to remove the window screen and take the tube outside of the window so that the waste water can be drained out. But the lower floor is the deck of the neighbor. Cannot use it at all. And it is too heavy to move up and down. Unless we move to single family house.

The remote control is super easy to use and has many features. If i use the dehumidifier i can easily drain out the water and clean out the filter . I am fascinated on how conviene and easy it is to set up this air conditionener. In every mode i can feel the breeze from a cross the room.

I really like that it doesn't take up a lot of room and is portable. I look forward to continuing using it in these hot summer days. Installing was very easy and I definitely recommend this amazing portable heat and air conditioning unit.

It cools the whole space quickly and keeps it comfortable even on really hot days in the summer. I love the fan, and dehumidifier too and can tell a difference in humidity. I haven’t used the heater yet, but I’m excited to in the winter. It’s easy to move and simple to control with the remote. I have saved SO much money already and would recommend to anyone!
