Super disappointed as the product arrived damaged and is, therefore, unusable. After opening the box, we found a gaping crack down the front and center of the AC unit. We were really looking forward to having a functioning unit during these hot SoCal temps, so it's quite unfortunate to see the product came damaged, especially considering this seemed to be a highly rated item. We reported the problem through Wayfair's site and were directed to contact the manufacturer; we hopefully expect either parties to resolve this issue with a full unit replacement, or, at the very least a full refund.
