I also love that my window is no longer all blocked up by a giant window unit and I can direct the air flow more flexibly. I’m very happy with my purchase.

This unit creates more heat in the room than it cools.It sucks the cool air in the room in to cool the condenser the blows it out the window . Extremely poorly designed. And it has to be drained constantly. You have to lift up the 71 lb unit to drain it. Also what's with the fake BTU RATINGS?????? IT Said it's 14000 and it's really not.it don't cool a 15 x12 room.you should be ashamed of yourself for making a pice of GARBAGE LIKE THIS,,,, I WANT A REFUND,,AND IF I DON'T GET ONE I WILL FILE A LAWSUIT ON MONDAY MORNING.,,,, DON'T BUY THIS PICE GARBAGE. PURE TRASH.
