This ac works well. However, I used filters to search for ac units that work for 750 sq feet. This came up says is 14000 BTU, so I bought it. When it arrived the box said it was for rooms 450 sq ft. Product is fine , advertising and description were misleading.

Works good. No issues, doesn’t cool as much as my last one did.

I have turned this on just 3 times and it has been leaking. It doesnt matter what my son does it just doesnt help the leaking problem.

Worst mistake I’ve ever made. I bought two of these units, one works well. The other one arrived with a broken fan. I replaced it with wayfair. The replacement they sent has a faulty motherboard. I filed a dispute a week ago, I am still waiting for a call or email back from wayfair. The db rating is only accurate if the machine works as designed, and in my experience they do not work as designed. The machines make a buzzing sound. Wayfair replacement has a very long wait time on receiving a replacement, several weeks. If they issue a replacement.

Have had these ACs a few days now (bought 2 to try and cool the whole house) and it is amazing... they have cooled down my whole house amid the heat wave we have been having and its very comfortable... would recommend buying this AC
