Balusters are exactly as envisioned. Perfect fit for this New York inspired loft. Highly recommend. It was cost effective, allowed my personal creativity, as well as, provided safety.

They are as pictured. Nice quality It took long for them to shipping. The black color is nice. The metal quality is a good value I think my mothers stair will be greatly improved with a railing

The Baluster posts look amazing. However.. I have called Wayfair NUMEROUS TIMES TO ORDER THE TOP RAILING. When I ordered the balusters, I could not find the top rail. I don’t understand why nobody can understand what I am looking for. I need the top hand rail, otherwise, obviously this item is useless. I had two sets installed, but I cannot find any Railings for it. Not happy at all. Your customer service was totally not helpful. I sent them a picture and they looked up what I had ordered, but they could not grasp that I needed a top railing. The worst experience ever.I don’t know how many customer service people I spoke to, and after spending 35 minutes on the phone, they refused to give me a supervisor. I called four different times.

Look great - one corner arrived dented and hoping that it won’t rust. Railings sit about 2” out from side of stair and are very easy to install
