Please be advised my husband is a professional and Shower systems operate from the bottom and need to be outfitted in wall. This is not difficult on a total remodel. But it requires redirecting the plumbing pipes. Luckily being in the biz we at least had a plumber that we knew. Now, Love the design. Love the movable sprayers as well as the separated shower head that is adjustable. The sprayer is very modern and again I really love the look and design of this. Appears to be decent quality for price. Unfortunately both systems came with the on/off switch defect and shipping issues. But there is a defect the company Furusi should be aware of concerning the on-off switch as well as the sprayers in the back casing being missaligned or unstable. These are going to be spraying water they need to be stable. Wish it was not defective. Really disappointed. . Wayfair changed the original scratch and dent offer. At 65% Too many emails with different info and suggestions. It's been. Over a month with no shower! We outfitted plumbing for the shower system ! It's a manufactured defect. Both arrived scratched , including a large scratch on the chrome on unit 1. Unit 2 dent scratches. arrived in a box damaged. Yet I was told to unbox it to show pics. WT...? Also, The second system sent out Defective but worse condition due to shipping plenty of pics!. My husband had to buy replacement hose and plumber compound to fix the crooked body sprayers casing on 3 of them. It will never look close to new. He can't fix on off dial to be centered it's defective. But he replaced the position and sealed it so it would actually turn on off. The knob still looks broken.. it definitely doesn't look like a brand new shower system. But at least it works. A day of his time from store to fix. Company had no parts it's all in one? Ugh we got parts we paid for? We wanted a fun upscale modern look for a total remodel. We spent money to fix it. Wayfair said 25% Off?! Not my first choice! But... Too much time and BS returning for a second time after a month, I can't wait longer. Too many different emails I'm disabled need surgery so I have added problems not their fault, just making it difficult for me. Hence the decision to keep it as well as the fact I'm lucky my husband is a professional. Although we did have to use a plumber which we knew we would, to outfit the piping for a shower panel. Shortly after this review I did come to an agreement. I'm glad it's resolved. I do really like Wayfair and I will now compliment the employees everyone's been very nice and genuinely trying to help, especially the person I was working with recently that did really care and acted quickly.. It just became a fiasco.

This bad boy arrived very well packaged. I was surprised how heavy it felt. The unit by itself is not heavy at all but looks like its made to last high with quality material. This definitely requires professional installation and my contractor is on another job. So Ill have it installed soon and update the pics.

I learned a lot with the installation of this beautiful shower. I will express first the conflicts we went through to make it happen so that others know what to expect before buying. First, even though this shower panel can be installed anywhere, I believe it is easier to install it in a brand new bathroom that is being built, in that way, the back walls are still opened and the plumber can do all the work easier. In my case, I was replacing my existing shower, and to tell you the truth, it was painful. This is what we had to do - The tile that had the whole where the existing shower handle was, was too big. So when we tried to place the new shower panel, the hole was showing on the sides on the panel. We tried exchanging the panel for a wider one, but it was impossible. So instead, the plumber had to remove that tile and replace it with another one, with a smaller hole, so when the panel was placed, it would not show. Please measure before you buy, and buy the widest shower panel available. Better wider than not. - Then, the plumber that to open the back wall where the shower panel was going to be installed. If you see the pictures, the shower panel has lots to connect in the back, and there is no other way to do it if the back wall is not open. So, after the painful preparation—replacing tiles with a smaller hole, and opening the back wall to connect everything, we were ready to install. Now the good news Installing the shower panel took very little time, and the results were amazing!!! I recommend this shower panel 100. It is elegant and there is water coming from everywhere!!! I am enjoying my showers even more now. So was it worth it the pain we went through to install it Absolutely!!! What I would suggest is that before you buy, do your research. You cannot go wrong buying a wider panel than this one. It is better that way so that you don’t have to replace tiles. If it is a replacement of an existing shower, get ready to break the back wall to connect the new one the right way. It is going to cost you a lot of money to do that. But, if it is a bathroom that is being built, it is super easy to install it, since all the walls are still open. Please, refer to the pictures included here. It will give you a better idea of the amazing look of this shower and all that needs to be connected in the back of the panel. The more you do, the more you learn!!!

This is a nice shower panel! The upper shower head is like rain. You can make it light or heavier. The handheld shower head is great if you have a bench in your shower or want to clean the shower and then rinse it all out. The others are just different levels of spray. It has a nice look and works great.
