This is a 25" garage door extension spring for garage doors 7 feet in height , not a 28" spring, which does not exist. The other common size spring is a 27" spring, which is used for 8 foot doors. they are not interchangeable. The description has recently been changed describing it as a torsion spring. It is not. It is a 25" extension spring

It looks good and durable with just the right flexibility for the weight of my garage door.

Delivered after a weather delay. Exactly what I ordered as pictured.
