The item arrived today and was securely packaged and quality was exactly as described. All components were included as advertised. I will try to install it myself as the instructions appear relatively clear. I am hopeful that it will stand up to the cold western Canadian winters.

The lock was good, it was just delivered to the wrong address and it took me a few days to find it.

It is very well made and easy to install ! I bought it replace an old one that stopped working and it works so much better very smooth and easy instructions too do not hesitate to buy )
