The colors are much different in real life. The legs and cabinet pulls are a bright, shiny gold rather than a more muted brass gold. They look cheap in this finish, but might be able to be painted. Also, the wood is much darker than the photo — more like a dark walnut — and definitely looks like a laminate finish rather than real wood. It’s okay for our use (our kids’ bathroom), but I wouldn’t recommend if you want this for a higher end look. Lastly, the vanity top we got (white with gray marveling) is more of a gray base than white. I think we’ll keep it because of the hassle to return and it’s the right size for our space, but the photos definitely don’t represent the true colors. It looks like they added an exposure / brightening filter to their marketing photos to give this a “higher end” look than it really is.
