It worked great for 6 months, then started leaking at the jooints we were unable to fix and it ended up in the trash.

Does exactly what it is supposed to do. Love the brushed nickel finish.

I was able to install the shower arm easily. However, it leaked profusely and did not stay in position even with wingnut at the base fully tightened. I uninstalled it and found that there was a hard clear plastic washer used in assembly. So I ran down to the hardware store and purchased a pack of rubber washers, reinstalled the shower arm using the rubber washer, and now not only does the arm hold firmly in place, it no longer leaks! Yay! Over all, great product, but I highly recommend the manufacturer replace the clear plastic washer with a traditional black rubber washer to insure complete customer satisfaction.
