Bought to replace the same one that was old.

This faucet was a replacement to an existing white single handle. I found a few issues, the biggest being the spay goes everywhere. No matter where in the sink it is placed, you end up with a shower. My next issue concerns the flow of water. It is difficult to adjust to a slow stream without the faucet turning off. The soap dispenser should have been larger. I would not purchase again.

We really like our new faucet. It's attractive and the finish matches my stainless appliances. The install and instructions were straightforward and not too difficult. Water comes out at a higher pressure than my last Moen faucet. The one thing I didn't notice when shopping... all 4 of the base plates are different shapes. Why aren't they matching? If I had seen that, I probably wouldn't have ordered it. But now that I have it installed, it's all good.

This faucet set was much higher quality than I was expecting. Install went easily, however, not to long after, the sprayer would not completely shut off and continued to leak. Called customer service and they were great about sending out a replacement part within 2 days. It's been fine since (two weeks later).

Put in the new kitchen and looks great works great. Love the soap dispenser.
