I purchased this product in Nov 2021 and last week the shower head fell off the wall. It was shocking to see that, luckly no one was taking shower at the time. But, we rarely use the rain shower head and looks like it was plasitc connecter with the wall pipe. As the head was heavy, it broke off. Wayfair customer service told me that they did not have any contact info for this vendor GhomeG but later created a ticket for them. It's unbelievable that Wayfair is selling almost 150 different items but the vendor is giving very poor quality.
