We liked the first one of these so much we bought this second one. Unfortunately the installation was much harder as the thread hole for one of the 4 set screws wouldn't accept the screw. We had to run a tool in it to clear out the threads. So I knocked off one star. We've had our first one for over a year and it keeps our damp towels from souring. (We are on well water). The temp can be lowered to dry delicate items and the arms staggered for several long items or stowed against the wall.

The rack itself is nice, but the delivery was terrible. Even though the box was marked “fragile,” it arrived with a huge hole. The item has a small scratch—not very noticeable, but still disappointing. I didn’t return it because it wasn’t worth the hassle for such a minor issue. Reducing to 3 stars due to delivery—please consider changing your delivery provider.

My dad loves his towel rack. Not sure if the whole towel is warm but it does help with them drying quicker.
