I paid more for a pivot door that should open both ways. But the strip they provide for the door only allows it to open one way. I called and they said I can pay them another $50 to get the strip that will let it work like a pivot door should. This is both misleading and frustrating. They also didn't initially ship the right number of clips but they corrected that. That being said, the quality of the doors is good. They have install videos that are helpful. So just know that you might have to deal with some customer service issues.
