I wanted to purchase this toilet. It looks so nice The first time I tried they just cancelled the order. The shipping charges were insufficient. I know this because the second time I ordered they were half again as much. It would have been much better to give the option to pay the extra shipping as I had no idea why the order failed and almost did not order again. I am very happy with the toilet now that it is here. When we redo our bathroom this is going to replace our old toilet
