I received my order last night. So excited to open it when I did, I discover someone else had already opened it and perhaps installed it. Packaging was all ripped and knobs were thrown in the box with no care at all. Bubble wrap was in the corner and the screws and washers were loose. I am not even sure if everything is in the box there are now instruction with the product. There is also a slight scuff in the backing plate of on of the knobs.
