While parts of this product seem to live up to the Grohe name, many do not. The support arm seems like it is plastic, the hand held hose is very cheap looking and feeling. The water diverter/in the wall mechanism and control handle seem very sturdy and well made. The shower head is ok. This was going to be installed in our new build house, would not take the risk of having to replace in 2 or 3 years. Definitely not a $1200 product or even the $800 I paid for it. Oh and now I am paying $200 to send it back, thought about keeping it after Wayfair dropped that on me, but truly do not feel that it is worth it.

Arrived in great shape. Love the look and can't wait to finish the install.
