The faucet was installed in 2008 as part of a kitchen renovation. The faucet has worked well over the years. We have had 2 minor problems. One was with the spray head button and most recently (2019) with a leak requiring a new cartridge. Both cases were handled excellently by Grohe customer support. Their customer support is excellent. We will be reduing our master bath and Grohe will be the preferred faucet.

This is an expansive faucet but doesn't function as such. We had the faucet for 10 years and I've had to replace the hoses, the faucet head, (torn rubber spray button) and now the plumber was here today and stated I need another new hose and flow valve and the faucet is leaking at the arc where it moves. Does anyone take pride in what they produce?? Make quality or don't make it at all. Standards in this country are appalling anymore.
