False advertising. The primary material is plastic. The brass material is only an elbow, there is no back flow. The photo fails to show that the holder does not fully conceal the elbow, a view from below is absent.

Plumber recommended to replace Kohler part with this one. We use it with Kohler shower system. No problem so far after a year of use.

Its made of plastic and feels a bit cheap. But you never touch it once installed so that is not a big deal. Looks good and is a sturdy holder for hand shower.

I love Grohe products unfortunately, this Grohe product feels light and plastic. I was expecting a heavy German crafted piece of chrome metal. I am disappointed in plastic with chrome paint.
