I love this tub filler !

We really love the look of this faucet but were extremely disappointed with the fine print. We purchased the faucet and discovered that this expensive faucet did not come with everything we needed for our contractor to install. We actually had to purchase another almost over 300 piece that was critical to install. It makes no sense to me why a company like this does not include what is needed. In addition our contractor had to be on the phone several times for a great deal of time looking for more clear instructions and/or videos on how to install this faucet. Again very disappointing for the price we paid. I would not recommend. As a side note it is interesting to me that the two public names I chose were already taken. (Disappointed and Unhappy! with I knew before I paid the high price!)
