Robinet de baignoire mural Concetto ™ 13366GN0

I bought all my Grohe fixtures in anticipation of a bathroom remodel. Several months later, and no longer able to return this item to the retailer, I installed the 13366GNO diverter tub spout only to discover it leaks terribly when the diverter is in use; water pours from the underside near the set screw. I believe the leak is between the inner plastic liner and metal body. I've checked both o-rings, I checked the copper pipe for burrs multiple times. I am terribly disappointed to see several reviews here with the same issue. I have seen reviews on multiple other sites stating this same issue. And worse, Grohe seems to not acknowledge this is a chronic problem. Now I am stuck will all matching fixtures and a leaking tub spout. My only hope is to find something else in nearly the same finish that does not leak. Thanks Grohe, my brand new bathroom is already messed up due to faulty product.

I am on my third diverter tub spout. When trying to figure out why it is not diverting all of the water, they just say, it must be defective and they send a new one. After 3 - all doing the same thing I am at my wits end. We bought grohe because we thought we would get quality. Contractor recommends we ditch this grohe- but now we will be mismatched . Terribly disappointed when we spent so much on a remodel.

Bought the diverter tub spout along with the other fixtures for the shower/tub alcove. Installation was done by a qualified plumber however the tub spout leaked at the back of the fixture . The Grohe rep exchanged it through the plumbing store where it was purchased and shipped the replacement within 2 days. The new one had the same leaking issue. This is not typical of the Grohe fixtures from past purchases. Would like a refund however the plumbing store where it was purchased will not grant a refund. "It's on the plumber" were their words. Very disappointed. Design or Quality issue for Grohe.

We are a custom kitchen and bath design build firm and have been installing Grohe for well over 30 years and recommending it as a high quality product. We purchased a Concetto 13366EN0 fr a current project and installed it as per instructions. Water leaks past the o rings and comes out at the base of the escutcheon and set screw area. We contacted Grohe and they said use siliconized plumbers grease not in the instructions and that did not work. Grohe sent us a new spout it also leaked, we changed the nipple to be extra sure still leaked. We have had 2 very experienced plumbers on this and it still leaks. Grohe says they have no bulletins on this and it must be us however this isn't rocket science its a slip on tub diverter needs to be taken care of!
