This faucet came with our newly built house; it looks great. From day one it has been very splashy — it is impossible to use without spraying water everywhere — in the sink and on the counter. After less than a year, the switch between a spray and a flow began to malfunction; it will NOT stay on the steady flow, NOR on the spray but generates a very loud and noisy mix of spray and flow—makes a very rude and very loud noise continuously during use. It appears that I can purchase a new spray head — but the other reviews do not give me any confidence that this will solve the issue for any period of time.

This faucet was brand new when I bought my house 2 years ago. After about a year and a half, the movable faucet handle started randomly changing from stream to spray, and now it has a mind of its own. For such an expensive faucet I would have expected it to not be faulty after only 2 years of usage.

The fit and finishes are superb. The water flow is perfect.

I’ve had to replace the sprayer head twice in the five years we’ve had it.

The straight laminar water flow is a distinguishing feature. As always the installation is easy and straightforward. The valve operation is the smoothest you can buy. Fit and finish are flawless.
