I am not happy with my Wayfair order because of the Grohe Zedra kitchen faucet. The rest of my order (bench and kitchen sink drain) is OK. I have never been this disappointed with an online order. I’m not sure who to be upset with – Wayfair or Grohe. But I’m starting with you, Wayfair, to put pressure on Grohe to make this order right. Specifically, my order is missing the accessories necessary to install the faucet. Comparing my box to the Grohe installation video, I’m missing the water-tight seal, tightening shim and seal, stabilization ring, nut, plastic ring, spring, and push-fit connector. And, no installation instructions on paper. I want to hear from you soon to learn how my order will be corrected to offset my disappointment.

Love the faucet only problem was I used Angi's list for install and I think he did not put on one part so I have to push the end part of the faucet up constantly.

The packages inside are all opened. I don't understand, what I bought so expensive is like a opened the box.
