[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this, very well made with heavy chrome finish. This is not a do yourself project, tile must be removed to install this shower system. You must add a shower head and spray head to complete the system. Keeps water temp were you set it, no more scalding when a toylet is flushed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow. I've never felt so fancy in my own home, except for my Spalet bidet. This is a beatiful addition to a shower. Now fair warning, it is best for a remodel as opposed to upgrading just for this system. Luckily, it arrived during a bathroom remodel for me to test and upgraded my bathroom to tenfold. The installation is not for the faint of heart, but the system is well designed and sturdy.

The quality and finish are exceptional. They function is wonderful. This is not a do-it-yourself installation and I would recommend getting a plumber. Also, the instructions are difficult to understand but there are some videos on YouTube. I would recommend this shower system if you are looking for a luxurious spa like shower system.

It eliminates the sudden rush of hot or cold water that we all experience when someone uses water while we are in the shower. It is a very heavy duty quality piece. I would caution though, it is not a simple unscrew the old and install the new. It is a complicated installation that would be best to do on a new installation or while rehabbing an old bathroom. I would recommend that unless you are a VERY experienced DIY person that you get a PRO to install. The instructions consist of pictures. There are a few written cautions and warnings but the rest is only pictures. After installed though you should have a system that will last a long time. The plating on the parts is just beautiful and speaks quality. I don't see anything on it taht will rust after a while. With the large shower head and the hand wand it is a very comfortable experience.
