[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great once it was installed and working. Came well packaged with no damage. Removing the old shower arm was the hardest part to begin but a pipe wrench is the tool of choice. Once the new shower arm is screwed in with teflon tape on the threads the new shower head is ready to install. No instructions. The escutcheon plate was loose but wrapping the end of the new shower arm with teflon tape and then sliding it on held it in place. The shower head comes with a new washer and screen like insert with no diagram or instructions to assist with proper installation. The biggest issue I encountered was a slow leak at the attachment fitting and after repeated attempts with and without teflon tape I finally used the old washer from the old shower head and that sealed the slow leak. Nice wide spray pattern with 2 intensities controlled by a lever which operates smoothly. My daughter and I took showers and enjoyed the wide water flow with adequate pressure. Would have given this product 5 stars if not for the installation issues. This is a type of shower head that may meet your preferences particularly if you are looking for a wide spray.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shower head works very well and provides a broad range of spray. It feels powerful despite using less water. I would have given five stars but wished the shower head was finished in metal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LOVE this shower head! The dual spray allows me to either have the light feeling of a rain shower head or more pressure with a massage feature which always feels nice after a long day! 5/5 would definitely recommend!
