Great piece

My contractor told me that the cartridge within the valve was bad and the valve was leaking. I contacted the customer service, told them the issue, uploaded the picture, and they sent me the replacement. We opened the replacement and the cartridge was missing. The replacement is an empty brass casing. Called the customer services again, explained the issue again plus the problem with the replacement. The customer services put in the replacement part(s) request. I have to wait another two weeks for the part. Schedule delayed. Very frustrating to say the least.

I love Grohe faucets! We used Grohe in our 1st bathroom renovation four years ago. This valve feels heavy and is well made. I like the high quality and good water pressure. The faucet covers and handles look stylish and modern. Love the European look.

Great Grohe component - arrived very securely packaged. There are several Grohe coverhandle styles that are compatible with valve. Incredible Grohe quality. Note - you will need to purchase backer boardpiece separately from hardwareplumbing supply store to complete install.

I got the Grohsafe 3.0 Pressure Balance Valve Rough-in-valve with Test Cap to compliment the Grohe Atrio Pressure Balance Valve Trim. This has an adapter that allows the valve depth to be set during installation in thin wall showers. Im still waiting to have my shower remodeled.
