[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very disappointed that this did not come as a complete kit, with hose, etc. I finally got it attached to my current shower hose, but of course could only use as hand held since it would not attach or be held by my current mount. When I did not hold it it would fly around due to water pressure, and could not control it while washing my hair. I also accidently dropped it and it fell apart (it is very light). Very disappointed and will not be able to use until i find a way to mount it in the shower.
