The shower head turned out to be an open box item, obviously used a little. The description & specification pdf shows a metal shower head but the one received is half plastic. Won’t be able to install for some time as the Reno is on hold. Wayfair support was awesome as usual & adjusted for the open box. We have Hansgroe fixtures Already so we hope this works out well as the other stuff we have. Thanks again to wayfair customer service.
