Plumber had no problem. We ended up swapping out the shower heads for bigger and more sophisticated looking, but I have no doubt they are good quality. Nice looking and feels solid, no visible screw holes, etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were in need of a whole new shower head set up. The shower neck was leaking so we replaced it with this and the new shower head. Everyone loves it. We have hard water so our old shower head had some holes clogged. It's nice to have a full stream while showering. The handle part to make the shower turn on and off and to hot and cold was much needed also. If water ran down the wall that part was causing a leak behind it also. Everything was easy to install and works great.
