I paid for two grids and only received one grid. Chat keeps repeating that my phone number wasn't correct. My number is correct!

What I expected; few crevices to trap debris thus easy to keep clean, raised feet maintains sufficient water flow to keep debris from collecting under the grid, supports heavy cast iron pans thus water flow maintained, and with no sagging of the base makes it easy to clean the heavy items. I anticipate this item will last a long time even with heavy use. Would look for this brand when needed.
