The lock works perfect. Gives me the privacy like I had a regular door lock.

Very bad quality. I bought three items and tried to return too because of the very very bad quality. They insisted that I pay for separate returned fee of $5.90 for each item. The items were ordered at the same time in one order. I called and asked to speak with a representative to waive one of the return fees. She would not allow me to speak with a supervisor and basically hung up without giving me any options. I would never buy anything again from Wayfair.

This is more of "Please don't open" sign than a lock, my cat can just slide open the door by pushing at it for a few seconds, just slightly slower than if the lock were not there.

Exactly what we needed for our barn door. I have more doors to put up when I finish the rooms. I will be buying these again.

Love these as described - the design is very Unique!
