This is a lovely vanity made from quality materials. Assembly involved attaching the lower leg portion to the upper cabinet portion and placing the sink on top. Easy peasy. The plumber encountered a problem: the floor of the cabinet was too high to accommodate the U-shaped trap and had to be cut to allow the drain to fit. The fix is not visible and doesn't prevent use of the cabinet for storage.

not hard to put together but not fun either.

The vanity quality was great for the price and looked like it did in the photo. We added a 4" high white quartz backsplash with some "some" sparkles which gave it a custom look.

Quality piece of furniture. The one issue in putting together the vanity was the holes not lining up for the bottom shelf. The legs were put in the correct spots (1s and 2s) but the holes would not line up with the already-installed brackets. Otherwise the vanity looks and feels like a solid piece of furniture.
