The unit itself is very nice however the sink did not arrive and the backsplash was broken along with a small chip in the sink area about the size of a dime. Wayfair customer service was stellar in addressing both issues quickly. The rating is based on the end result and not the issues experienced in getting there.

I absolutely love this vanity set. The vanity is made of solid wood which is very hard to find these days.
