We needed a small footprint vanity and this was perfect for the geometry of the bath. However, it is VERY important to note that attaching the sink drain cannot be accomplished with standard plumbing items (i.e. P-Trap) due to the confined space between the vanity structure internals. I had to research and find an offset drain line and there are options thankfully. It would have been helpful for the manufacturer to have pointed out the fact that any standard faucet drain will physically not fit within the vanity due to the constraints of the drawers (which are also very close together) as well as the lower structural diaphragm board at the center of the vanity base.
