Proportions of the actual outer hinges are wrong and different from the pictures. The offset hinge as pictured has the offset at approx 1/2 the height of the hinge and matches the instructions...3/4" from top hole to the bend of the offset so that the door fits perfectly under the offset and the tops of the inner and outer doors line up. On the actual hinge, the top of the offset is approx 2" from the hole. So you have to leave at least a 1" gap between the offset and the top of the outer door to make the tops of the outer and inner doors line up.
