Used the shower twice. The hand held jammed and would not engage. The control buttons push a plastic extension to engage. (Photo)This was not rigid and slipped so would not engage. It’s disappointing that the entire water choice control system is based on three plastic components which failed. Sorry we bought it but could not try it until installed. Would not recommend this shower system even though it delivers a great flow WHEN IT WORKS!!!
